Organized trips, none of the work

You booked everything.
Now you can't find any of it.

Forward what you booked. Skiplark builds one live trip page — every booking on the right day.

  • Emails, PDFs, screenshots, photos — it reads them all
  • Notices what you missed — a night with no place to stay, a deadline about to cost you
  • Works with no signal — at the gate, on a trail, abroad

Sound familiar?

You're the organized one — so you're the one holding fourteen tabs, a group chat, and a camera roll of screenshots.

Searching your email at the rental car counter while the line builds behind you
Three tabs open at the gate, hunting for one confirmation number
The door code is in an email that won't load because there's no service
Traveling with others? Every question lands on you, because only you know
That's the job Skiplark takes off your plate.
One flight and a hotel? Honestly — you don't need us. Your airline app has that covered.
Skiplark earns its keep on the messy ones: road trips, multi-city, reunions, milestone trips abroad.

Hand it your mess. Get back a trip.

Every trip gets its own email address. Forward your confirmations to it and the trip builds itself — no forms, no typing, no reordering days.

1

Forward it. That's it.

A booking confirmation lands in your inbox — forward it to your trip's own email address and it's on the itinerary before you've closed your mail app. Anyone on the trip can forward theirs too. Screenshots, PDFs, and photos drop in the same way.

2

The trip builds itself

Flights, hotels, cars, tickets, door PINs, confirmation numbers, cancellation deadlines — pulled out and filed on the right day. It even names your trip and sets the dates. You don't fill in a single form.

3

Share one link

Everyone gets the same live view on their phone. Updates as you add. Works offline when you land.

And it lands on the right day by itself — sorted by the real date on each booking, not “Day 5.” You never reorder anything — and on the rare read it gets wrong, one tap fixes it.

This is literally your trip page.

A real Skiplark page, recreated from our own family trip — dates shifted, personal details changed. Yours looks like this, with your bookings in it.

Everything above came out of forwarded emails and screenshots — nobody typed any of it in. (Recreated from a real family trip; dates shifted and personal details changed.)

Everything your trip needs, in one place.

Not just an inbox for confirmations — the whole trip lives here, and comes with you.

Your trip has its own email address

Forward any confirmation straight to it — from your inbox or anyone else's on the trip, no sign-up needed for them. Prefer to drop files, paste an itinerary (even one from ChatGPT or Notes), or add stops by hand? All of that works too.

Your documents, kept

Original PDFs, boarding passes and tickets stay attached to the trip and saved to your phone — pull up the real file even with no signal.

Traveler details, once

Save passport, Known Traveler and frequent-flyer numbers one time, reused on every trip. Private to you, and auto-spotted from the docs you add.

Tickets & codes at the gate

Confirmation numbers, door PINs and scannable QR codes surface right where you need them — ready at the turnstile or the lockbox.

Weather, map & packing

The forecast for each stop, every place pinned in order on a map, and a packing list — so you're not guessing what to bring.

Reminders that reach you

Cancellation deadlines flagged before they cost you, and every booking pushed to your own calendar with a tap.

No wifi. No data. No problem.

Built for the places your phone gives up.

You land in a new country before your eSIM kicks in. You're an hour into the mountains with one bar. You're somewhere the roaming charges make you switch data off entirely.

That's exactly when you need your door code. Skiplark saves your whole trip onto your phone — every confirmation number, address, ticket, and time. It opens in airplane mode, in a dead zone, at 3,000 feet.

Where Skiplark earns its keep.

This is what you're actually paying for — and why $9 feels cheap at 11 PM.

11 PM. Locked door. No bars.
The keypad code is buried in an email you can't load. Skiplark already saved it to your phone — it opens with zero signal, every time.
Six tabs, one confirmation number
Scrolling your inbox on airport wifi with a queue behind you. Everything sits on one page instead — and if others are coming, they see that same page.
Phone at 2%. Still fine.
Print one clean page before you go and the whole trip fits in your pocket — every code, time and address. The backup that doesn't need a battery. (And yes, Skiplark also flags cancellation deadlines before they cost you money.)
At the turnstile, hands full
Kids, bags, a queue behind you. Your tickets are already on screen on match day — not four folders deep in your email.
One forgotten cancellation costs more than a decade of Skiplark.

It started with a 50th birthday.

Ten days in Ireland. Five of us. Eleven bookings, two stadium QR codes, two B&B door PINs, a rental car, and no cell service in half of Donegal.

So I built us one page that held everything. My wife used it. My kids used it. We pulled up door codes in driveways with zero bars and scanned match tickets at the turnstile.

Then friends started asking if they could have one. So here it is.

What Skiplark does differently.

No feature-checkbox war — just the six things that make Skiplark, Skiplark.

Your trip has its own email address

Anyone on the trip forwards their confirmation straight in — spouse, friend, tour company — no account or app needed for them.

It reads whatever you’ve got

Forwarded emails, PDFs, screenshots, photos of a printout, pasted text — even an itinerary drafted in ChatGPT or Notes. No forms, no typing.

One clean live page for everyone

The whole group sees the same page from a simple link — grandparents included, nothing to install. It updates as bookings are added.

Opens with zero signal

The whole trip — door codes, tickets, times, addresses — is saved to your phone. Airplane mode, dead zones, abroad before your eSIM kicks in.

Your original documents stay attached

The real PDF, boarding pass or ticket lives with the trip — one tap away, even offline.

Pay for the trip you’re taking

Questions

Where does the name Skiplark come from?

Two things. To skip — the happiest way a person moves. And to go on a lark — an old phrase for a spontaneous adventure, the kind you take just because. A lark is also the bird that sings at first light, before a journey starts.

Put together: the feeling of heading off somewhere good, without the dread of forgetting something.

Is this only for group trips?

Not at all. Plenty of people use Skiplark just for themselves — a work trip, a solo week away, a couple's holiday. Sharing is optional; it's just as useful as a private place where every booking lives. Groups are simply where the pain gets loudest.

What's free, and when do I pay?

Your first trip is free — forever, and fully featured: unlimited uploads, sharing, the live page, and offline. You pay only when you want more than one trip — unlock another for a one-time $9, or go Unlimited ($29/yr) for every trip, all year. Keeping your original PDFs and passes attached to a trip is part of any paid plan.

Do I have to type in my itinerary?

No — you don't have to type anything. Drop in the confirmation emails and PDFs you already have and Skiplark pulls out the details. Prefer to build it yourself? You can add stops by hand or paste an itinerary too — even one from ChatGPT or Notes. Either way, one tap fixes anything it gets wrong.

Can other people on the trip add things?

Yes — this is Skiplark's favorite trick. Every trip has its own email address, and anyone can forward a confirmation straight to it: your spouse's plane tickets, your friend's hotel booking, the tour company's itinerary. No account needed for them, no copying and pasting for you — it lands in the trip automatically, filed on the right day. And every traveler gets the same live dashboard link.

How is Skiplark different from TripIt?

TripIt is a solid tool that's been around a long time, and its free tier works well for solo business travelers. Skiplark is built for how real trips actually happen — with other people. The differences that matter: every Skiplark trip has its own email address, so anyone on the trip forwards their own confirmations straight in without creating an account. Everyone shares one live page that opens from a simple link — grandparents included, nothing to install. The whole trip is saved to your phone and works with no signal, door codes and all. Your original PDFs and tickets stay attached to the trip. And the pricing is different on purpose: your first trip is free forever, and you pay only for trips you actually take — $9 once per extra trip, or $29/yr — rather than a flat yearly subscription whether you travel or not.

What happens when I have no signal?

Your whole trip is saved onto your phone, so it opens with no data at all — airplane mode, a dead zone in the mountains, or the hours after you land abroad before your eSIM activates. Door codes, confirmation numbers, addresses, tickets and times all load. Map tiles you have already viewed stay cached too.

This is the part people tell us they did not expect to need until the moment they needed it.

What kinds of files work?

PDFs, screenshots, photos, forwarded emails, or plain pasted text — whatever form the confirmation arrived in.

Things people drop in: flight confirmations · hotel and Airbnb bookings with door codes · rental cars · restaurant reservations · concert, game, and theater tickets · museum and park entry passes · theme-park tickets · boat charters and excursions · train and ferry bookings · spa and tee-time bookings · travel insurance · parking reservations.

Can I print it out?

Yes — one clean page with every date, time, address, confirmation number and door code, laid out day by day. No menus, no clutter. Plenty of people print one for the folder and one for whoever else is traveling. It's also the only backup that survives a dead battery.

Is my information private?

Your trip is yours. We don't sell data and we don't run ads inside your trip. You can export or delete everything at any time.
